Beijing HaoWei ZhengYuan Science and Technologies Co., Ltd was established in April of 1999. Developed nearly 6 years, it has already grown up and become a high-tech enterprise which provided Electronics Manufacturing Service(EMS) for the customers.

　　 The company is located in the East Road An’ning zhuang of Qing He ,Haidian district, close to the Beijing-Changping expressway and Shangdi Information Industry Base. We can offer the whole service of SMT ,wave soldering, final production assembly, adjusting and testing, aging , packing and shipping. The company was successfully passed the ISO9001-2000 quality management system authentication in 2002 . During the three years when the system has been carried out, we still improving constantly to make the management more scientific and mature. The company occupies an area of 5000 square meters at present. The standard manufacturing building is 2500 square meters. we also owned 150 employees. The experience accumulated many years enable the company's having very strong capacity of electronic production procedure designing and quality guaranty.

　　The company has four SMT production lines including 8 pick&place machines— Philips, Panasonic and Yamaha series. The production capacity can reach about 1 million pieces a day . In order to be suitable for environmental protection purpose , we have already finished the trial production of lead-free soldering. Two through-hole component assembly and wave soldering lines , can meet the soldering ways of long and short inserting to circuit board at the same time. Two final production assembly line , 30-worker-location hand-soldering line , BGA rework equipment imported from U.S.A. can rework&solder the BGA，CSP by single slices. Large-scale water cleaning system and ultrasonic wave washing equipment , high-temperature experiment case , high-temperature aging room, shielding room are all available. The existing equipment and the managing style which can replace the product as fast as possible , all that make our company not only have the ability of volume-produce but also meet the experimental production needed .
